This is an adjunct to the People's Plan in which we home in to North Wales, an area known best for its mountains, sea coasts and frequently wild weather. In this area, we are dependent for our daily bread chiefly upon farming and tourism. Both of these, particularly the second, utilise fossil fuel - chiefly oil - and would come to a grinding halt without it. So we have to find some way around this dilemma.
