As a newcomer to the struggle to halt climate change, I'm a bit confused about how to calculate my carbon profile within my oneclimate profile. Is there somewhere I can work it out so I can update my totals?

Personally I don't feel like I am doing much in the battle against climate chaos...does reusing carrier bags at Tesco count? I did do that a lot (they offered free clubcard points for it)...but now I'm thinking that the sum total of all of my efforts were probably negated by the pack my orange juice came in this morning. We will see...
