On the 3rd of July Trish will be setting off from Findhorn on a grand adventure.

"...For the first leg of it i'll be cycling then getting the ferry from Edinburgh to Zebrugge on the 10th July and cycling down through ,Belgium , France ,Spain heading for Mallorca and an Atlantic crossing , Hoorah , will be fab to touch base on Mallorca were I used to live in a previous chapter for 4 years- magic !

Why you may ask ... well to enjoy it , as well as promote all the benefits of slow/sustainable travel , meeting people , experiencing cultures , working on organic farms/eco-villages , supporting local economys , I could go on .............................I'll do this by means of my website which has recently been set up www.bike-for-life.co.uk. I really believe that power with each other is the way we'll continue to turn things around .

The site is only the bare bones at the mo but hey it's a start , would be great if you could have a look at my wish list ;-)-- maybe you can help !! I hope so , I'm winging it .......as usual ;-)

I intend for the blog/diary on the site to be my main form of communication after the 3rd , any comments would be much appreciated now and whilst on the road .

My fab friend/housemate Kristy will be comin with for the first few weeks which is fantastic , I'm very keen for other people to join whenever , if you have pals on the route , please letem know ,
