The UN organised a concert – Keep the Promise - in Indian capital New Delhi to mark the midpoint of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) on July 07, 2007. The day is being marked the world over to focus on the impact of climate change as well as to remind the governments to eradicate poverty and inequality.

Noted musician Rahul Sharma played Santoor fusion with his ensemble and Ganesh and Kumaresh played Carnatic violin at the concert
