I would like to setup a small or medium polythene recycle plant here at Aizawl, the capital city of Mizoram State, North East India.

Let me confess that I do not have any technical know-how in this matter and I again I have no money, but I think it is a must for our state to clean up the environment because polythene are invading our state because it is easy to use and cheap; there are lots and lots of polythene wastes everywhere in our state; even our rivers are almost choke to death by these polythenes, this have a very bad effect in our ecology.

The temparature in the last 15 years here is rising alarmingly very quick. The average rising rate in the whole world is around 0.26 while it is around 2.50 degree in our state.

To make it short: I would be grateful if anyone out there is willing to help me in this matter; in the technical or money matter.
