The answer as to whether this is a hoax or not comes down to the amount of energy (as radio waves) put IN to the system versus the amount of energy given OUT by it as a result of what, I presume, is some form of water electrolysis. This was - perhaps deliberately - not made clear and my guess is that you would be bound to get much less energy out than goes in. Breaking those very stable hydrogen-oxygen bonds (in water molecules) needs a lot of energy which is why electrolysis is not (yet) the solution to producing anbundant cheap hydrogen. |
