Dear Friends,

We had our plannig meeting for the Green fayre last week and we are still short of volunteers, so please let us know if you can help out in any way. This is what we need:

1. Manpower (including setting up and tidying up) Any amount of time you can offer will be appreciated, please let us know what time you are available so we can organise rotas.

2. Home made cakes and mince pies. Please let us know if you can cook something and bring it on the day.

3. Raffle and tombola prizes and red wine (for making mulled wine). Please drop these off with Maureen (

4. Good quality toys (NOT BABY EQUIPMENT). Toys and games for older children are especially needed - we usually get a lot for toddlers. You can donate these or we can sell them for you and give you 75% of the sale price. Please bring these to the Town Hall in the morning (marked with you name, phone no and price if you want some money for them). If you can't manage that I can take some over myself if you drop them with me beforehand (10
