It would be useful if the politicians in Bali considered the full effects of first world CO2 generation on third world countries. CO2 is the cheapest feritizer available. It can double the growth rate of many plants. This is a wonderful bonus to countries that can't afford GM crops and chemical fertilizers.
A return to Medieval Warm Period temperatures and 500 AD CO2 levels would be a great benefit to billions of people.
