Juarez, Mexico is currently one of the world's most dangerous places. This 4-minute documentary for Round 2 of the YouTube and Pulitzer Center "Project: Report" challenge takes a look at how Mexico's current war on cartels is affecting the lives of Juarez residents and the country as a whole.

BREAKING: Armando Rodriguez, crime reporter for the El Diario newspaper in Juarez, Mexico, was assassinated yesterday, November 13, 2008, while preparing to take his daughter to school. He leaves behind a wife and three children. He was 40 years old. Please see my following special comment for more information and thoughts:
