Cool down the temperature

A person body temperature is decreasing by having cold drink with ice in cool weather. so can we solve problem of Global worming by this way. Start cool down the earth from the coolest part of the world. If the ice mountain is melted and refreeze it back and produce more big ice cubes in the coolest parts of the earth. Cool Cool Cool Down!
