Climate Signals

ClimateSignals is a global database of climate change impact reports. The project is exploring the use of social media to crowd source the database. Reports are submitted to the inventory through a network of independent social bookmarkers, establishing a searchable, on-line inventory of annotated climate change impact reports. Climate change impact reports are automatically filed in this database as they are bookmarked. The inventory is dedicated to reports of recent and current climate change impacts. The reports take all forms: news accounts, blog posts, science journal articles, photo postings, eyewitness reports, government publications, and more. The ClimateSignals project is led by Hunter Cutting who curates the database.
