My concern is towrds increse in heat and light,on earth.The specific reference is first to use of plenty of cements for out side plasters for houses,and second is the use of asphalt and cement in road making.Both these [a] aborb heat as well [b]send heat by reflection [c] as well refraction. Hence alternative methods needs to be found and used to avoid use of cement plasters for out side walls of buildings,and use of asphalt for road toppings has to be stopped.
