Since money determines what jobs are available and what activities get funded, we have to follow the money to appreciate that there has always been enough money for war but never for health, education and the environment. When the UK government has to ask the EU for money to cover flood damages, one wonders what\\\'s going and \\\'follows the money\\\' - unless we change the way that money is created and supplied to the economies of nations.
